“Sustainability” has become a universally-held value, but it still requires one step at a time, the accumulation over time, and must also endure the test of an objective environment. For soil and water conservation workers, “sustainability” is a vision, a method, a plan, and is absolutely a kind of belief and enthusiasm to persist. In the future, this Bureau will take "holistic disaster prevention" as its chief consideration, with "villages" as the nucleus and "disaster management" as the principal axis, to achieve the vision of conservation, innovation and sustainable smart disaster prevention.
